Fred Mangrum

I started in this industry back in 1990. It didn’t take me long to realize that there were many people who didn’t have a solid grasp of what Medicare—and insurance in general—entailed. That’s why I eventually started my own agency; I wanted to help others navigate a confusing but necessary environment.
One of my passions is helping others. Everyone is afraid of aging, but I’m here to help put things into perspective and make the confusing process of enrolling in Medicare easier. OMG, where do I start?! Fred Mangrum the principal of Mangrum Agency went above and beyond in helping us to secure insurance after I received a forceful retirement from my employer of 35 years! When I say went above and beyond, ours was not an easy process and took longer than most! It was time for him to leave on his vacation and he told me not to worry! All would be handled! Mr Mangrum took our file on vacation and worked it from there! There were items they still needed and phone calls and he handled it all! He got us the approval during his vacation!
